Chosen to Become Children of Abraham

I remembered the children’s song “Father Abraham”. I remembered singing that song before I got saved without knowing what it meant. It was all empty lip service because I wasn’t saved. I was practically a Catholic who was also practicing Buddhism and Taoism. It wasn’t until I finally realized that I wasn’t saved and badly needed to be saved. John 8:39-47 which also includes the dialogue of the Jews and the Lord Jesus. There was a rude awakening of the unbelieving Jews which soon had them wanting to stone him at the end of the chapter.
